Description
What can a blood test tell you about your general health?
Vitamin (3 Biomarkers)
Vitamins are a group of substances that our bodies need for normal cell function, growth and development. Vitamin deficiencies can be the cause of a wide range of common symptoms and conditions.
Vitamin D
Vitamin B12
Folate
This profile checks your Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and Folate levels. These vitamins are all essential for your health and wellbeing.
Vitamin B12 is particularly important for those on a plant-based diet. Low levels of Vitamin B12 and Folate can have very severe effects on blood and overall health.
Vitamin D is also very important for anyone living in the UK. Up to a quarter of the population is low in Vitamin D at the end of winter. Low levels can cause a long list of health problems including fatigue, bone & muscle pain, depression and more.

*It is important to note that blood tests alone are not a substitute for seeing a doctor, particularly if you have any symptoms. You should not make a diagnosis or start any treatment without a consultation with a doctor or suitably trained healthcare professional.
